"Penny wise and pound foolish" is an old saying with relevance to Property Management. When considering the future of your property, that is worth many tens of thousands of dollars, is it not worthwhile investing a little more to ensure that the property is managed by a professional with years of experience in this field. As A Professional Property Manager, for 12 plus years, I have seen it all and now find I have fewer and fewer problems as the years roll on. I have sound local knowledge having spent all of my 12 years in Ponsonby. I have Licensee status (AREINZ) with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, a Diploma in Real Estate, Member of the Property Management Division of REINZ, and was awarded Property Manager of the year in 2003, while at Ray White Real Estate. Trust me I know what I am doing.
